I had an appointment at the Loveland location, and all the staff were friendly and kind. I was seen by Tyler Cardillo for my foot pain and he was warm, friendly, polite, gentile, and thorough. I was treated with respect and felt heard. I would recommend Tyler to anyone seeking help with orthopedic issues. I'm sure he would be fantastic with children as well.

I don’t know what happened since I ordered cpap supplies in January, but I ordered supplies in April. I called in a week for status. The order had been lost. The Representitive told me she would mark the order urgent and that orders are processed in 3 days. I patiently waited a week. No one had called for my credit card for the copay. I was then told it takes 2 weeks to process an order and there was no indication it was urgent. Terrible. Sent a possible septis/infectious issue patient with fever and swelling home after 8 hours of antibiotics and said it was not urgent to primary doctor/dentist. Issue immediately returned and after calls to other experts and warning from them to go to a place that would take it seriously, we ended up at a city hospital with an even more serious issue. Don't go there unless you don't care if you make it out.

Where to start with this bad review??? Not at all satisfied.! Started with someone at the clinic transposing my phone number, so Walgreens had no way to track the prescription the nurse practitioner was supposed to call in. We figured out the mistake, but after waiting an hour at Walgreens, we called urgent care back. The phone stopped ringing after 3 rings. Tried many times. Finally gave up and went home. I have been trying to reach Banner Imaging Center in Payson for two days to schedule an x-Ray. I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time then routed to Banner in Phoenix?? I said I was trying to book an appointment in Payson for an x-Ray. She took my information, the Doctor in Glendale who ordered my x-Ray and said someone would call me to book the appointment. What a joke. We were told by there employees they take insurance with a prescription. I needed a knee cart and spent all day with them on the phone onky to be told at 6 pm they do not take insurance its a pay per private company. Wish we would have been told that 8 hours prior so i could have gotten a knee scotter for my vacation. Great way to mess up my vacation. You need to remove the Banner name.
