I went in for blood work. I use a rolling walker. I arrived 10 mins before 7AM when they open. They opened late. The clerk offered to sign me in (kindness I thought- wrong) I was not put in the 7AM grouping but at 7:10, eighth in line. It took an hour to get 3 people in but none came out. I ask how much longer- told an hour. Heard and saw two other people who left when told 2 hours more that arrived before 7AM. After waiting for almost 3 hours was finally called up. I have debated for months if I should write this review or not and ultimately decided that my review could save someone's life. In January 2022, this hospital murdered my Mom. She was admitted with post covid pneumonia 10 days after testing positive for covid. At first the hospital did great. They began Tx for pneumonia: IV fluids, antibiotics, oxygen. My mom perked right up and began eating again. The hospital said she could go home in a couple days. Then the doctor, against our wishes, 12 days post covid ordered the deadly... read more

Any hospital that supports kidnapping by dcs/cps should be shut down as well as any badge that protects dcs/cps they should be punished to the maximum extent for allowing dcs to kidnap 4day old and younger babies and put them in harms way

A 4 1/2 hour wait with no indication of being called back for a bed. I understand that severity of issues determines priority but with number of people streaming in, my chance of being seen by doctor was slim so I asked that my name be taken off list & person behind counter said “ there are only 3 on top of you “. I went in for an emergency in Mid-March 2022, and while everyone was pleasant enough and I "only" had to wait about 45 minutes, my problem has nothing to do with either of those things. The doctor and his medical student assistant were definitive and completely wrong when they diagnosed my condition, and the medication they prescribed made my painful condition much worse. This is the worst medical facility I have ever seen. I spent about 10 hours in the ER, 8 of that was waiting in excruciating neck pain in the waiting room. It took about 5 min for them to do a ct scan, and I actually talked with a Dr. for about 2 min. I was sent home with no real explanation for my pain, given a muscle relaxer. I was billed almost 6K for a waist of my time. Do not go there!

Be ready to be met by the Gustapo and 100% horrible customer service. The extremely rude lady at the front desk came out, yelling talking over us and utterly non professional. Run and find a different office. Even if the Dr's are good, the firing squad at the front won't let you in, unless you bow down to their tyranny. No rights or respect is given here. They deserve 0 stars.

I had an appointment at the Loveland location, and all the staff were friendly and kind. I was seen by Tyler Cardillo for my foot pain and he was warm, friendly, polite, gentile, and thorough. I was treated with respect and felt heard. I would recommend Tyler to anyone seeking help with orthopedic issues. I'm sure he would be fantastic with children as well.

Been there three time and denied service each time. I’m theft wondering what do they do there maybe limited experience.
