Poorly run. I had an appointment with Dr. Boukhari in the office. The office phoned and rescheduled to a video appointment in April 2020. I was in the middle moving so I canceled and rescheduled to June 4th. The first appointment was never canceled by the staff. I received a email link, which I discarded. I have a sinus infection, and my primary care doctor wanted me to visit the local Covid-19 office in case my symptoms were connected to the virus. Dr. Risenhoover was the attending doctor at the time, and I don't think that I've ever had a better health visit in my life. Dr. Hansen recently became “star struck”, instead of helping his long-term patients, he’s initiating stupid insinuations and bullies people out of appointments. Happened to my sister this last week on Yom Kippur, we are a ✡️ family. Denying help to a Jewish person on Yom Kippur is a horrible thing to do. Dr. Hansen scheduled an appointment with my sister and didn’t keep it. His staff told her to go home. I was attempting to be a new patient. I was called three times to reschedule my appointment up until the day before. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism. I did not reschedule for a fourth time, nor will I be a patient. Not recommended.

The sixth floor must be where all of the rude untrained, staff gets sent. I was here with my wife, she was having a procedure on New Years Eve. The OR nursing staff was awesome. it all started the night shift on the sixth floor. There are one or two staff members that really do care, but as for the rest, they clearly do not belong in this field of work. I have just completed a course of 37 rehab sessions at Rebound Physical Therapy, Pinnacle Peak. Everyone there has been wonderful — experienced, well-qualified, dedicated, super-helpful, cheerful, encouraging and genuinely friendly — but too many to name individually. There seems no doubt that the quality of the treatment is very high. Perhaps the best way to show my appreciation to all the people there is to post this on some review sites. I went to the U of A north hills clinic to meet with a Nurse Prac. I was billed a facility fee that my insurance did not cover. I called multiple times to dispute the fee. I was told the first time the fee would be removed. One month later, I was billed again. I am being charged more to see a nurse then a Doctor. I will never go back to this clinic again. This is poor business practice. If the fee is to be charged, a patient should know ahead of time.
