Banner Urgent Care 9111 N 7th St Phoenix AZ DO NOT GO HERE AND SEE SASHA LEE NP. SHE WILL JUST DECIDE WITHOUT CHECKING A THING ITS COVID!!! They do not even deserve one star. Five hour wait in the ER for a 95 year old man in pain. Nurses don't care. In the ER room, the nurse stated she would bring a blanket but had to be asked several times. After almost an hour one was finally brought. Nurses can't do anything without doctors order but apparently they do not have any doctors in the ER. This place is horrible. Will never come here again and suggest everyone else find somewhere better.

Stay away. They overbook, make you wait, and then cancel your appointment if they can't fit you in. They tried to tell me I was late when I wasn't--then admitted they were running late and needed to reschedule. I'm immunocomprimised and waited a considerable amount of time in their waiting room to get treated like garbage. These are truely horrible people.

If your child as an abnormality, do not take them to Banner. The following was from when my baby was 2 months old and in full heart failure-they refused to treat that... She's now 13 months old. "1. My mother who just had hip replacement surgery 4 days ago went to this place for her first PT session and had a horrible experience. She (we) don't typically complain or spend time writing reviews but felt compelled to share her experience.. We arrived to this Banner PT office that was overcrowded- what happened to social distancing? No ramps to assist her getting into the office, PT was young and was not prepared for her arrival..Thought she had a knee replacement, when her tee shirt clearly tells you she is right out of ... read more

I needed copies of my records faxed to me. I was told my hold would be an irritating 30+ mins. I'm still on hold & it's been 1.10 hrs. Ugh.....

On September 30 I had an appointment for a phone call. I waited an hour, the person I was scheduled with didn't call. An hour and a half later, someone else called to make excuses. A week later, I found out that they put me in their system as a no show. They blew me off, and are blaming me for their error. The director is a real piece of work, arrogant and condescending. She refused to remove the no show from their system and suggested I go elsewhere. I would, but I like my Therapist and would rather not change. This... read more

Let me share 2 occasions of Medical malpractice... First and foremost, My middle son we rushed him there because he was letheragic and out of it. He is ASD and ADHD and that is not him at all. We get to the ER and he had dangerously low blood sugars. After having him admitted there for 4 days, they discharge him on halloween stating that I must not have fed him anything at all the night before and made him drink way too too much water.. Dr. Chalasani has been my doctor since the very beginning of my cancer diagnosis. I have dealt with many doctors and Dr. Chalasani is, by far, one of the great ones. She is not only smart but also very kind and all around good person. She is very clear in her communication and she lays out all the options of treatment along with the benefits and drawbacks of each.
