If I could leave 0 stars I would. They didn't even clean my wound after an avulsion, leading to the opportunity of an infection forming. They did nothing but wrap it, and gave me meds. This place is an embarrassment to the medical community and should be looked at for improper practices.

Horrible place to do business. I have contacted the billing department repeatedly to get a refund for an overpayment. Banner will keep your copayment even after the insurance paid the bill in full. I’ve spent Hours on the phone with Refunds. I’ve called several departments at Banner and there is no way I have found to collect the 500 over payment. It’s unbelievable that they can practice this way. Try to do business with another health facility if you can. They are unethical.

I will admit after reading the reviews about delivering at this hospital i was a bit wary...However , from the moment I got there me and my partner had a warm welcome. The entire staff ,day or night crew, were personalable and caring. They work their *** off for sure . Not all heros wear capes, some are in scrubs working around the clock to give the best care they can. Assisted dressing, assisted bathroom use , medication distribution, needs of all kinds honestly...they are on GO. I had a c section and i needed all that care... read more

Went in for surgery stayed 3 days. They really took care of me. They listened they are good Dr's. Nurses were great.Let the anesthesiologist know i get panic attacks and he helped me feel better. I was so comfortable. Everything was really clean. The only thing I can say bad they could not get a good iv. After 5 ppl
