I feel like the doctors think I'm faking the pain in my kidneys, I've been here 5 times in 1 month, the first visit the doc was concerned about what was going on with me, I came back the day before yesterday they basically sent me away, banner hospital sucks, I just want the care I need and that's all, they always ask of I've followed up with my primary care physician and I have but she's not open on the weekend, what the hell do they expect from me? I would go somewhere elsewhere but this is the nearest hospital to silver s... read more

Had my baby girl here really good experience the best part is that it is not over crowed. When help was needed help was given with little to no wait time and very knowledgeable nurses. Thank you banner health for delivering my daughter safe and sound!!!!!

Went with a friend who was having chest pains. The first nurse was polite and cordial, however the nurse replacing her was extremely rude and callous. She rolled her eyes when my friend was telling her how much pain she was in. She then replied and I quote "the ER is not the place to come for pain". After over an hour of being in there I got up to ask if they could give my friend something for pain. So far I'm having a great experience they're taking great care of me I came in with 105 degree temperature almost dead they got me down to 98 now and at least feeling a heck of a lot better than I was when I came in and got me going in an uphill Direction said of a downhill Direction and all the ladies have been great I couldn't ask for a better treatment that's for sure everybody's been top-notch that has been my experience so far thank you very much everybody

I didn't appreciate being treated like a second class citizen. I was there because my grandson was being born. I would ask the nurses how things were going and got very curt responses

Excellent care! Seemed like there was a nurse, tech or a Dr. always there. Dr.McMillan was great! A+

I had a sleep study done last night and the girls were great! Heather was very knowledgeable, very nice and helpful, and she explained everything as we went along. All my experiences with Banner so far have been very positive!
