They wanted me to wait 5 days for a doctor's to call me back to read results for a 7 year old.

Very disappointing visit. Appointment lasted about 5 minutes with no exam, no tests, and no real evaluation—just basic information we already knew. I respect and value doctors’ expertise, but nothing was actually done during this visit. Definitely not worth the $309 charge.

I will never bring my daughter back here again. Every time we've been to see Dr Valenzuela he's been late. Today we waited 40 minutes past our appointment time to see Dr Valenzuela. Then we waited another 15 minutes in the room for him to come talk to us. After he came in the room he spent 2 minutes discussing my daughter's apnea with us. He didn't even know her name or her medical history and he's seen her on multiple occasions . To make the experience worse he blame my daughter's weight on her apnea and fat shamed her. My son had a recheck scheduled for my son today at 4:30pm. I called them at 4:07pm to let them know I was stuck behind an accident and was going to be 8 minutes late, I wanted to make sure it was still okay for me to come or if I needed to reschedule. I sat on hold for 24 minutes, literally the entire drive over. I hung up and called again and the message said they were closed. Got here at 4:38pm, and the door was locked and lights were off.
