Had a 1 pm appointment and after waiting an hour I was told I would have to wait another hour before I was even seen. The girl at the counter was rude and didn't seem to care that I had other things to do that day. I left before being seen
This was the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. The staff was rude and just wanted to socialize instead of taking care of patients. They also did not return my drivers license to me before I left. I did not want to go back to pick it up so I asked if they could send it to me in the mail. I do not recommend this clinic.
I made an appointment for 0800. What was the point? It is now 0820, I arrived at 0745. This business could not be organized and be efficient if they had to. How about considering people having other things to get done in a day beside a simple TB skin test injection.
