Difficult to find location at the hospital, no specifications provided to clarify where to go and ended up wandering the hospital for over an hour - missing our appointment and put on hold without answer or callback. I managed to walk in from a side entrance, bypassing security and everybody else, walking around unattended and without a single person asking me if I needed help despite looking lost and trying to make eye contact to flag down someone. Good staff. Orthopedic doctor Dr Goggins was late, suggested a very painful surgery after seeing my son for only ten minutes. Didn't suggest any imaging to confirm. Then, I got signed up for the Curae credit Banner works with and we never had the surgery. I can't get Curae credit to put the funds back on the card that were never used and all my personal information is in some call center in India. I can't get a representative in the US to help me. Our experience with Dr. Udall and team, along with office staff has been fantastic. Everyone is kind and caring. We are never rushed and always leave feeling well-informed. Much appreciated!
