Hard to get them to work around your work schedule for appointments
Dr Goggins was nice and thorough, however the old man that did my sons cast was extremely rude! I was making sure he was aware that my sons shin hurt (he spiral fractured his tibia), and this man straight up rolled his eyes at me, shrugged and continues to cut his old splint off right down the shin bone. He was also laughing as my son was crying/screaming in pain. I am appalled at the level of care we received! Keep in mind, this is a children’s specialty orthopedic clinic. Dr. Udall is amazing. We were referred to him by a friend whose daughter had two knee surgeries with him 4 years ago. Since then we have seen him more than half a dozen times with two different kiddos. He goes above and beyond for his patients and has worked really hard to determine the right treatment for a tricky knee.
My son broke his arm and I must say I couldn't have picked a better group of people to help him. Dr Goggins, Erica and Staff are AMAZING. They made him feel comfortable and took great care of him which relived all my anxieties.
