Just seems to be a waste of time. Before my appointment, I got a referral from directly from the children's ER. I received a phone call form the office but missed it, then called back to make the appointment. I was told there was no referral. I had to make a sick visit at our pediatricians office to redo the referral that had already been sent. After the appointment was completed it had been determined that my child needs surgery. My son needed ear tube surgery. They scheduled it at a surgery center and provided a quote for the cost. The business day before the surgery they called at the end of day to move his surgery because their surgery center was closed. The new facility charged 3 times the price I was quoted originally, and I was never informed of the increased cost. History of ear tubes were dismissed and the Dr said to start an allergy medicine. This is a 15 year history of tubes and she needed her yearly tubes done! This place refused to help!
