History of ear tubes were dismissed and the Dr said to start an allergy medicine. This is a 15 year history of tubes and she needed her yearly tubes done! This place refused to help!

We had a surgery scheduled for my baby’s ears. I was told I would get a call the day before the surgery to give us the time of the surgery. Our surgery was scheduled for a Monday, so I assumed I would get a call Friday with the surgery time. When I didn’t receive a call by 4pm, I called the office, and got the scheduling voicemail.
