On today my husband and I went to Banner Chevrolet On Chef and Downman rd. We have been customers of Banner for a long time, previous and now, over the past 4 years anything that I needed done I was there, Service, oil change, whatever. But on today since I was questioning previous work that was done this man, the Service Manager. Trust me he should not even have that title. He was so very rude to me and my husband. This service department is trash!Everytime I need something fixed there's a long wait and no loaner vehicles.Either they're unable to retain mechanics,too many of thier vehicles have issues,or both.I talk to Pam and she set me up with a hertz rental,last saturday I go a week without hearing anything so I call her Friday and I'm told the truck is finished.I was on my e way to work at the time and told her I would get it tomorrow.Despite having to call myself to check on the vehicle I'm told that rentals start to generate char... read more
