Really good customer service! They go the extra mile to make sure your happy.
Poor customer services. Gail in services was very rude, dismissive and sarcastic. She refused to assist with my concerns. She flat out told me i need call back and she can’t help me. I asked for a manger she told me that i cant talk to a manger. They had my car on Wednesday, no follow up call. I called Monday and Tuesday the following week and Ms Gail refused to give me any information. Please don't waste your time at this location.
Everyone was extremely friendly. The appointment was easy to schedule and the service performed on the vehicle seems to be great so far.
Excellent experience! I received a video of the technician performing inspection on my vehicle and they was able to fix the issue with no problems.
