Dr. Mccuaig is awesome! She really cares about her patience and knows her job. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with the Wound Care Center at Banner Hospital. The whole staff at the doctors will be missed once my treatment is complete. I will especially miss Carmen at the front desk. I do not like to write bad reviews, but I do believe sometimes HONEST reviews need to be posted so that the service provider (in this case Banner CG Wound Center) has the opportunity to turn things around. My husband had an amputation over one year ago and the wound was not healing (it refused to seal) so we had to go to this Wound Center. Sadly, Dr. McCuaig was not willing to debride the wound so from Oct 2024 - Jan 2025 the wound actually seemed to get worse with no hope of it ever healing if we continued to see her. The worst treatment ever!!! I could hardly move my arm due to a brown recluse bite. I was referred to them to have it drained and the old lady at the front told me the soonest she could get me in was Thursday, this was Monday .
