I’ve never left a bad review for any other place but this is the Second time at the emergency room and the Registration Clerk walking around asking for insurance is such a rude person, (lady with red hair) has a horrible arrogant attitude towards patients and has no shame in complaining out loud to other people working here about patients not knowing how to fill out a form, she is unprofessional and needs to find another job if she’s so unhappy helping and dealing with patients. I felt like I was in prison! My reasoning for coming was my home (wrist) BP machine was saying my blood pressure was extremely high ( dangerously high) I took a trip here, walk through a metal detector just to enter the building with an armed security guard on the other side. You were then asked to go to the desk right to your left where they start making you sign paperwork and issue you a wristband. Brady Paini who’s 35 assaulted my disabled and blind husband in the ER with other security guards. My husband is a 69 year old veteran who is disabled and legally blind. This is unacceptable. They would not let me see him, they would not let me talk to him. Someone needs to be held accountable. I submitted a request through your feedback form. My husband followed up with various doctors afterwards and all have confirmed that his injuries were caused by the assault. He is still continuing care though these providers. While he... read more

I used to hate this hospital like about a year or so ago because of how rude everyone was there but over the last year somehow things have changed a lot. I have been here several times for several different reasons and even with several different people.. and the last year every nurse and every Doctor was really great, so I don't know what happened but I'm so grateful that this is now an enjoyable place to be. Thanks Banner for changing for the better and being so sweet now. It really does mean a lot.
