I wouldn't come here unless you had no choice, they cause more headaches an stress then help, I paid the bill like in May of 2025, then they send another bill an another one, an then you think your done an everything is ok, an once the year started. Boom another bill, this place is terrible, just feel.like they do the bare minimum but yet charge you a whole lot. Sorry to say but not worth coming here

Wife went there by ambulance with extream stomach pain. Put in hallway the whole time there. Did CT scan and she got pain drugs. Doc said CT showed nothing, said it was ulcers. Precribed 3 meds which i could not fill till the next day. A ER without a 24 hour pharmacy is nuts. 30 hours later, pain getting worse again and can keep nothing down including water. Took her to Chandler regional ER. Had to get another CT because Banners system doesn't communicate! CT showed bowel obstruction! Emergency surgery to fix. Better now and... read more

I’ve never left a bad review for any other place but this is the Second time at the emergency room and the Registration Clerk walking around asking for insurance is such a rude person, (lady with red hair) has a horrible arrogant attitude towards patients and has no shame in complaining out loud to other people working here about patients not knowing how to fill out a form, she is unprofessional and needs to find another job if she’s so unhappy helping and dealing with patients. I felt like I was in prison! My reasoning for coming was my home (wrist) BP machine was saying my blood pressure was extremely high ( dangerously high) I took a trip here, walk through a metal detector just to enter the building with an armed security guard on the other side. You were then asked to go to the desk right to your left where they start making you sign paperwork and issue you a wristband.
