No reason for thrown us seniors out in the hallway for HOURS to sit and dread our visits! We were almost dead before we fought our common sense to come there, in the first place!
Had an amazing experience. I went in with severe ear pain, me thinking I’m crazy for going to the ER for an ear infection that was misdiagnosed by urgent care. They were so helpful and kind. They prescribed me with the correct medications and went above and beyond to make sure I went home feeling better.
Bummed out. The pharmacy they sent my meds to is closed. No one is there to fill it. Why can't you cancel one and send to another. Now I'm suffering in pain until they open tomorrow or thousands of dollars to go to the ER again if i cant take it Makes no sense.
The worst hospital I’ve ever been to hands down. Come here If you want to wait three to four hours and barley receive any help
I fell and hit my head and needed stitches so I went to Banner hospital. It was on a Saturday and lots of people in the waiting room. They took me in and it did take time as the place had many people that needed care. I knew it would take time to go through the process of getting looked at, shots prior to being stitched up, stitched up then waiting for a Tennant shot and a prescription, then release papers.
