Dianna , Sarah and Dr. Tosca WERE AMAZING and absolute SWEETHEARTS they were very caring, informative and helpful with helping my mom with her high blood pressure.
I used to hate this hospital like about a year or so ago because of how rude everyone was there but over the last year somehow things have changed a lot. I have been here several times for several different reasons and even with several different people.. and the last year every nurse and every Doctor was really great, so I don't know what happened but I'm so grateful that this is now an enjoyable place to be. Thanks Banner for changing for the better and being so sweet now. It really does mean a lot.
They have absolutely nobody that is willing to discuss labs from an ER visit and getting admitted. Impossibly to view itemized billing. Does anyone at this facility do their job????
If you get Dr.Robin in the ER request another Dr. She was on call which I understand and Im not upset about. However when you only spend 5sec with a patient and tell them that what they are experiencing is not an emergency that they are just wasting time, you need your bedside manor checked. Even the Charge nurse was shocked that the DR said that it wasn't an emergency and recommended I go to another hospital for a second opinion.
