I recently had an appointment with Dr. Liu at the gastroenterology at Banner Hospital on McDowell in Phoenix, Arizona. The staff, the nurses, the doctors all had such strong people skills and immediately put you at ease; took care of your concerns, answered your questions. Everything was timely. This hospital is a model of what Healthcare should be!
Scheduling an appointment from referral was not the best, it's a busy facility so the appointment was booked out for 6 months (even aftee sending in an urgent referral)..they also require to call the patient for the appointment even when it has pended for a month..However; when I was seen, he expressed actual concern over my condition that no other limited doctor I've seen had done.
