RecommendedReview written by my husband - I had surgery at Boswell a few weeks ago and had to spend the night there recovering. My wife and I were very pleased with everyone who we met at Boswell, from the volunteer who greeted us, the admin person who checked us in, the pre-op staff, the surgery staff, and all the nurses who attended to us while recovering. Had hip replacement surgery! I was treated like a rockstar. Everyone on staff were friendly and accessible when I had concerns.
Emergency Department was fast, efficient, thorough, and staff was friendly. We didn’t have to wait hours for decisions and diagnosis. Floor nurses and staff also wonderful and caring.
Awesome People Caring for People!!! Amazed at the Army of Staff at this Hospital and in the ER!!! Being a frequent flyer for a friend fighting throat cancer and each visit has been really fast and the Nurses are Too Notch!!! Appreciate them and Praying for them!!!
Main entrance closed. At 8 pm we have to come in thru emergency area and the guy sitting their doesn’t give correct directions he sent me someo else no help at all.
Have had 4 different stays since first of year. Every stay was great! All staff very caring and professional. Last stay not so much. Bright side outstanding nurse marilee overnight went through my diagnosis insured comfort and gave me a breathing exerciser. Food was all ok except this stay did not deliver my dinner 2 nights in a row. House Dr Kahn prescribed unnecessary prescriptions cost me $250
