I had to go to emergency department at Banner Boswell in Sun City. What a great experience. Excellent staff, knowledgeable staff, considerate and kind. I was scared and they gave me comfort while addressing my medical needs. I would recommend this facility for all your medical needs.
Extremely rude triage nurse who is also very sick, coughing and spewing everywhere with no mask on we were in there about 5 to 6 AM. This was the second time we had to come to the emergency room to have him have a proper diagnosis and be admitted to be taken care of. My son was left in a room in the back with no functioning call light and I asked multiple times for it to be either fixed immediately or put in a different room and there were other room rooms. No one was accommodating to do either one
I received excellent care and timely.
