The worst wait time ever! Horrible! I came in for a UTI and the triage nurse had me give a urine sample when I got there. Almost 4 hours later I was taken to a bay in the back and had to give yet another urine sample because my previous one was "lost"! Well the nurse actually may have found it up at the front, but it had no label on it so they must have not known who it belonged to and left it there! I was shocked! Their restrooms were worse than a gas station! Disgusting ! So bad especially for a Healthcare setting! It was... read more

First off let me say I'm 81 and have had my share of physical therapy sessions. This last round I had the very good fortune of having Vince Diaz at 20045 N 19th assigned to me. I would have to rate Vince as the best therapist I've had. He listens, adjusts the session to how I'm responding and most importantly explains why he is doing what he is doing in a way I could understand it. Vince thank you.

Dr. Peter Ott has treated me since I became ill with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and Congestive Heart Failure in 2005. I received my first AICD (pacemaker/defibrillator) one year later and have remained 100% paced since. Dr. Ott has changed the device 3 times and performed surgery to remove a defective lead from my heart. I have since been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. It took months to get it under control but Dr. Ott never gave up. There have been many times that my cardiologists (I have 2 others) and PCP did not th... read more

I went to Banner ER on Sept 21st after 2steps of registering said the wait time will be 6 hours. We will wait for over 3 hours, There was very cold and the crowd in the room boy are noisy and I am suffering from stomach pain. Feel uncomfortable and can not breathe or rest. Then, my husband asked the front desk how long have to wait, and said that there is not bed enough and another 10 more hours to wait. That place is unorganized at all. My different than before. the waiting room is dirty, the restroom is dirty too. Endi... read more

I would have rated 5 stars for this facilty, if i had not had a horrible interaction with one technician. Despite that, I recommend people to come here for excellent care. I first came here for suturing of a cut on my finger. I received excellent 5 star care. I had to return 4 days later because I thought my wound had reopened. I again received excellent 5 star care. I returned 4 days later to have my sutures removed. The technician said she needed to do my weight, blood pressure, etc. I told her nicely I didn't want or need... read more

I went in for blood work. I use a rolling walker. I arrived 10 mins before 7AM when they open. They opened late. The clerk offered to sign me in (kindness I thought- wrong) I was not put in the 7AM grouping but at 7:10, eighth in line. It took an hour to get 3 people in but none came out. I ask how much longer- told an hour. Heard and saw two other people who left when told 2 hours more that arrived before 7AM. After waiting for almost 3 hours was finally called up. So they start 3 or less people an hour. I said to S... read more

I have debated for months if I should write this review or not and ultimately decided that my review could save someone's life. In January 2022, this hospital murdered my Mom. She was admitted with post covid pneumonia 10 days after testing positive for covid. At first the hospital did great. They began Tx for pneumonia: IV fluids, antibiotics, oxygen. My mom perked right up and began eating again. The hospital said she could go home in a couple days. Then the doctor, against our wishes, 12 days post covid ordered the deadly... read more
