I did not receive good physical health care at Banner Physical Therapy in Tucson Az, due to the Racism. I experienced at all three offices. The Physical Therapy Office on Grant Road the physical Therapist could not hide his hate for me because of my race. The Therapist talk about politics, while working on my knee, while I was in pain. He asked me who I am voting for I said T for President. In my mind I thinking why is he talking. The Therapist said, T for President doesn't like your race, and I said Well. I was admitted as a quadriplegic and walked out with all my faculties. They have the best PT’s who care about you. There’s not enough stars to do justice for the quality of care you receive.

I was sent to the ER on Monday for a minor procedure  I sat in an ER bed for 7 hours waiting to hear when they would do the procedure. At 9 pm that night they wanted to admit me so they could do the procedure the next morning. I told them that they had to wait 48 hours for the blood thinner to wear off. After several people insisting it could be done the next day a doctor came in and said no we must wait until Wednesday when the 48 hours expired. But they still wanted me to stay the two nights anyhow. I said no I would come ... read more

This hospital is a prime example of profit over patients. As one of the many for profit hospitals within Southern Tucson, the quality of care and services provided here is by far among the worse. Although, the staff does the absolute best to work with the available resources and they really want to help people, this hospital does absolutely nothing to support their staff. First visit was a 9 hour wait before we were seen by an MD. The second visit, was just as long with a blood glucose of 331 and hypotension and still no act... read more

had a 6pm appointment and the office was closed prior to 6pm. they even sent me a reminder text and a missed appointment text. i called them 3 times and no answer and the lights were all off and cars were all gone. they had a bs note on the door saying they had too many patients and it was for their safety. the office was locked and dark, no one in site at all. whoever was running the practice this evening had no common courtesy to call or text anyone back and let them know they would be closed. i got off work early and rush... read more

My mother was there recently with a diagnosis of dementia the attending physician called my father at home in regards th her treatment his behavior on the phone and attitude was rather very unprofessional and as a result caused unnecessary discomfort for the family please avoid this hospital....,,
