my husband has a blood clot and we hav ed been waiting for an hour now.
Currently waiting at banner health and it’s been two hours since the cat scan has been completed and the pain is getting worse. The response time of the nurse is horrible, if I was dying I would’ve been dead by now.

Multiple issues with patient treatment, both medical and business staff. These are met with canned responses from what appears to be in bot form, of 'please contact us, so we can resolve the issue, we care about our CUSTOMERS (caps mine). There lies the problem. They blame Obama care, they blame the ins. co., they blame mis-communication, often aimed at the patient. The problem is simply Banner, they are a business with customers. There are exceptions, but they appear to be few and far between.
How do you justify not calling a patients family regarding the care of their father? Especially since they Medical POA. Then you release to rehab? For what? Didn’t know nor did our fathers home know where he was for 24 hours!!! Will be filing a complaint to check for Medicare abuse at this point. Left a message for case managers didn’t call back.

I’m currently hospitalized here at Boswell hospital. I’m in observation at the moment. My night nurses were good. My day nurses have ignored me every time I’ve called for them. And I only called them to unhook me to pee and for more water. I have waited an average of anywhere 7-13 minutes for someone to help unhook all the wires so I can pee.
