Wish we weren’t limited to only 5 stars. The care given to my wife was totally nothing short of spectacular. She was there for a complicated (elective) surgery and from the first diagnosis to the final discharge we were totally impressed by their patient systems for scheduling, pre-op, post op, and final discharge. The processes were flawless and smooth. All relevant appointments for tests were scheduled by Banner. We never had to make any calls and wait for callbacks from any office. Some nurses attitudes towards patients is unprofessional, the doctors are great, but the talking down to patients is unacceptable.  I was admitted a week ago, put in a room with a gentleman that pisses and shits all over himself. Hes high maintenance, sometimes needing all nurses (4) at a time. That pulls all medical help feom other clients. How is that fair?  Doesnt he need to be but in a higher care area? Hi Neighbors, Glenn Scott the Painter here... My experience at Banner Medical Center was top shelf both times that I stayed... I had colon cancer surgery there performed by Dr Hadi Najafian. He and everyone on staff treated me with respect and like a rock star. Both of my visits by the 3rd day I got to know everyone from doctors, nurses, staff and even the girl that cleaned my room, I realized that no one was working there for the money...
