Solid Financial institution This is a bank based out of Walla Walla Washington with several local branches. We just changed over to this bank from the B of A and believe me bigger is not better. Banner's employees have been very helpful in the change and we look forward to working with them.
Wonderful staff Banner Bank is a wonderful local bank.. They have a wonderful staff and they are always friendly and willing to help solve any problem. We love the small town bank atmosphere.
Friendly and Community oriented! Great place to do business. The staff are caring and know what they are doing and great at helping you quickly. Very home town feeling on Fridays with Football colors and decorations! Always see car washes going on out front on weekends. Big supporters of your community.
You've seen one bank you've seen them all Like the title says.. You've seen one bank you've seen them all. They all have long lines and lots of wait time. I'd like to see chairs for those of us with kids or those whose feet hurt. I mean at the end of the day do you really want to stand in line? Why can't they just hire more tellers? Maybe a quick line for those who just want to deposit or withdraw money, and nothing else.
Small Bank Big Service Banner Bank is still small enough to keep their good customer service. I don't like going to larger banks and feeling like a number. Its nice to feel important no matter how big or small your account.
