Very helpful and attentive staff. I really appreciated their guidance on making two wire transfers as I was under some time pressure. I don't live in LA and was taking care of some business while traveling. Strongly recommend.
I had a checking account with them and a little money and did used for a while it went to dormant and state sent letter that I can reach out and get my money and close it out. They require to go to branch in person!!! I called for 200$ not worth it driving to bank and they said I can send my documents....today someone named Luis Rodriguez called from "scam Likely" number and said we received your document but you gonna come to branch...really? for 180-200 you wanna see me personally after all verification on the phone and do... read more
