This bank is unethical. Regulators should investigate. I had lots of money in my account, but they did not let me access my money without huge emotional abuse, red tape, and repeated barriers. They sent me a routine updated signature card. I signed it & put my brand new cell phone number on it, & mailed it back. I know they received it because I got a phone call from them on my brand new phone number! I've been with this bank for years now they have new people working there worst banking experience I have ever dealt with the girls there are snooty and rude super slow a check I cash every two weeks they tried giving me issues on waste my time then cash it acting like they're doing me a favor I'm probably changing Banks because of my experience there and letting everyone know to stay clear horrible!!!!!!!!
What a great bank! I've banked with multiple companies, but this is the one i'll stick with. Besides the omission of ridiculous banking fees, their professionalism speaks for itself. They are quick to get my transactions handled, and are always happy to help look up accounts and other information for me. They also carry the expertise in assisting small businesses with loans, and other financial backing. I sure won't go anywhere else!
