I’ve had repeated issues with Banner Bank whenever I travel internationally. The bank is not travel friendly and seriously lacks innovation in account access and customer support. I’ve been locked out of my account for over a month while overseas. Despite having my username, password, and identification, I was told I must have access to my old U.S. phone number to regain access (and Verizon doesn’t have service worldwide).
