Should be called Happy Bank! I am very pleased with my Banner Bank experiences over the last 10 months. When there has been an issue, I have always been able to deal with a real person who seems to actually care about helping me. Going into the Bellevue Branch is even better! They are always so nice and friendly. I always feel comfortable and relaxed.
