This is lengthy but extremely important! GOD'S HONEST TRUTH!!!! Beyond callous and insufferable!!!: Every since I moved in (2017) been wrestling with property owners/management about maintenance issues. Js Most recent and worst issue is damaged roofs, and leaks. In 1st bedroom--cracked and leaking for 3 years. Maintenance have come in and applied sealant & paint each time. Currently has cracks and a hole that expands and leaks every time it rains. I have the pleasure living here a few times. I never had problems here. Love the family like community. When ever I need something fix it gets done. Maybe because I am a faithful tenant that pays her rent. New management and I receive same treatment. Still live here and no need to move unless something change in my life. My daughters call it the old folks apartments lol. Peaceful
