Staff was pleasant to speak with over the phone, but constantly provided contradicting/wrong information. The pre-registration/ insurance quotes and scheduling have been extremely frustrating. Being told one day you’re in- network and then being told you’re not in-network the day right before your appointment. Also, requesting someone pay up front for a service for their child that has not been provided is ridiculous especially when they quote you for the wrong test/ insurance codes!
