Despite their employees 'verifying printing times with management', the company unexpectedly backed out of a project just two weeks before the scheduled delivery. If I could give Banners and Flags 0 stars I would. This business used to be legit, when Barry ran it, but I don’t know what happened. Must have sold and outsourced all work. Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service, quality, and timelines you’ll deal with in this space. Don’t waste your time and money. They put us in a serious jam on a major tradeshow after repeated errors. Terrible.
I couldn’t ask for better product, very well made, the best we’ve ever had. Color is still very vibrant on our pop ups 3 years later. The flags have been beat up with daily winds up and still no flaws or tears . The company was there for us every step of the way. We have bought several other products since then and we are very impress over all We now have more foot traffic which gave us atleast a 10% pump in business Thanks banner wholesale
