Simon is a great trainer, he really lifts your spirits a great motivator, really friendly always keen to help anyone out with their goals. He came up to me one day and was really friendly and offered to help me train. I really recommend him to anyone wanting to work on their goals.

Frustrating to say the least. There are constant problems with cold air blowing through the sauna, the cable crossover machine is never fixed properly, and cleaners are mopping the floors during peak hours — while people are carrying heavy weights around. It’s a clear safety risk. To add insult to injury, the gym has just increased its membership price by £5 per month to £80 per month, despite all these ongoing issues. On a more positive the staff are all very nice and always willing to help.

I have been a member for over 17 years, I love Bannatynes’s Banbury. I mostly do classes and I think we have the best instructor in this area. I don’t think any gym offer this amount of classes and the variety is amazing. The staff and instructor are all an asset to the brand.
