Just based on the telephone calls that I've had with the receptionist I wouldn't even give this a one. I called once and telling her that I thought I had torn my retina. Have had cataracts in both eyes surgically corrected by Dr. Bannan. Each separate experience was excellent. From beginning to end Dr. Bannan and his staff provided professional, compassionate and caring services. Just had second eye surgically corrected yesterday and just a few hours after surgery I received a personal call from Dr. Bannan asking how I was doing. Great success with both eyes! Cataracts removed and surgically implanted lenses. My experience was 100% exceptional from his kind and helpful staff to his skill as a surgeon. I've worn glasses all my left and have never been corrected to 20/20 and now I can see better than ever. Kudos also to the staff and nurses at the WVU Medicine Surgery Center in Martins Ferry. This has been an outstanding experience and I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Bannan for your eye surgery needs.

This office is AWFUL!!! The receptionist is the rudest woman I've ever met. I wouldn't take my worst enemy here. I'd honestly rate it -5 if they let me.
