Dr Banna himself I'd have to say since I only seen him once was a great! All though his office stuff whither it's their age or ability to do/knowledge of their job of getting ins approvals&knowing when to call ins (NOT the day before test are expected to be done) being ins needs TIME to approve at least 24/48 hrs, as the office knows this so why they wait til the day before is beyond me it's a lack of respect to the patient and the family members and then they get very rude and act as though you've done something wrong when ... read more
