I have been banking at this branch for several years now. Staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait in a line which is very important!
Employees are friendly. Bank manager Celia is so helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Great experiences, definitely the right bank.
I’ve been banking with Bank United for over 15 years. I’ve been going to this branch for a very long time, and I have to say I have never had a bad experience with this Branch or with Bank United. Yes the bank has reduced staff but it’s common in today’s economic times. Sometimes People who complain should look into the mirror and ask is me?

Had an urgent and time sensitive situation that could have resulted in a significant amount of penalties. The second I walked into the bank, Christiana Felix stopped everything she was doing and went over and above to ensure the situation was resolved. She dedicated as much time and attention as was needed to help me. Their customer service is exceptional.
