The boys down at Bankstown Audio went over and beyond to help me out with an amplifier I was looking to purchase. They were out of stock and I was from Melbourne so things weren’t going my way from the get go. Anyway the boys said they will hunt one down for me and get back to me with in a cpl hours . Lo and behold I got a phone call a few hours later with the good news the supplier can have one in their store with in a Cpl weeks and they can freight it to Melbourne. I went to Bankstown sound as I needed a new set of speakers urgently. I had just come from a different shop an hour away where I received atrocious service. Thankfully the guys at Bankstown sound were more than happy to assist me when the other shop didn't want to take my money. They called the supplier then and there and placed an order for me. My new speakers arrived well within the time frame I needed them....the other shop needs to take pointers from Bankstown Sound on how to treat customers.
I ordered speakers from Bankstown Sound, and it took them 4 days to realize that the item had been discontinued. Only after that did they apologize and issue a refund. Very disappointing experience and a waste of time.
