I purchased a subwoofer roughly 3-4 weeks ago online and it said that it was in stock and that I will be contacted to when I could pick it up I waited a week and still no contact,I then called for them to then say that it just hasn't been updated online and it will be arriving on Monday its now been 2 weeks later and j still haven't heard anything I sent a email yesterday for them to again say it will be arriving next week at this point in getting frustrated and disappointed ive been told next week multiple times after it sh... read more
Very deceptive company. Ordered speakers online which were in stock at the time of ordering however as soon as I placed the order I got a message telling me they were on backorder. Waited over a month for the order to be filled and during this time their website said they had stock and were actually selling the speakers. The website actually telly you how many units sold in the last 8 hours and this number continued to change. A phone call to them confirmed they didn't have stock and the website had a glitch. The guys at Bankstown Sound (especially Stephen!) have been exceptional. I ordered a head unit which was unfortunately mishandled/lost by AusPost, but Bankstown Sound have gone above and beyond in helping me to sort this out and resolve this issue. I can't speak highly enough of these guys. When they still treat you well after they've got your money, you know they deserve your custom :) Highly recommended.
