Disappointing experience. Despite having a pre-booked test drive appointment, we waited 40 minutes for the car. When it finally arrived, it didn’t even have fuel. Overall we got the impression staff weren’t really interested in making the sale.

When you buy a car they are all good the sales team is awesome but the service team especially the guy, I don’t know what his problem is, every time I try to ask him something he has a arrogant answer to everything. He just doesn’t wanna help. Worst customer service. No one should go to this mg, I regret buying my car from here

Be Careful! Do Not Go Here! Very disappointing experience. Before purchasing, we noticed scratches on a vehicle and specifically asked if it was the one we would receive. Salesperson Scott Ferrier & Manager Yuqi assured us it was only a display/demo vehicle and that we would be provided with a brand-new, undamaged vehicle. After completing all paperwork and payment, we were taken to our vehicle and discovered it also had visible scratches. I came here around February this year for my yearly car service. When I dropped my car off, a video inspection was recorded and there were no scratches visible — everything seemed fine. I ended up leaving my car there for three days because I never received a call saying it was ready. Apparently, they had been calling an old phone number. This could have been avoided if staff had simply confirmed my contact details when I dropped the car off. After a couple of days, we decided to call and check on the car ourselves.
