Unhelpful and dismissive. Did not get a chance to speak.
Appointments are designed to turn up on time and not wait as long as 1 hour as I did. Surely this can improve and be better as the medical centre has a lot of GP's.
I had a very positive experience at Bankstown Medical Centre Treatment Room. Farzana was extremely professional and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She was very gentle, calm and reassuring throughout the entire visit. Farzana is such a kind, caring and compassionate person.
