Got there early a little early as it was my first time attending the medical centre. I found the ladies at the front desk so friendly and somewhat soothing (coming from a tired/anxious mother). I didn’t feel rushed and I felt heard and attended to with personalisation. Appointment was on time which was amazing! Dr Azad was an absolute delight she’s an amazing doctor and listened to my concerns and worked her magic to put me at ease to the best of her abilities.
christina is the best receptionist i’ve ever crossed paths with, made me feel super comfortable & hamzah was genuinely the best nurse ever, my sister was super nervous coming in but his kind & gentle nature made her feel really comfortable. 10/10!!!
Before mentioning Dr Manuel Argueta's wonderful consulting manner, I must give a shout out to the reception staff whose names do not appear on the practice's website. They were prompt and most helpful in ensuring I saw a doctor as soon as possible, and in guiding me around the building to the treating room.
