Very supportive and caring staff. We visited for a CT angiography scan for my dad. After the scan, he developed an allergic reaction to the contrast dye, and the staff were incredibly patient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the situation. They even stayed beyond their closing time to monitor him and ensure he had fully recovered before we left. We truly appreciate their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for taking such good care of my dad. Highly recommended.
The most beautiful staff was really nervous over the scan I was getting and 3 different staff reassured me. They ended up getting my report in half a hour and were very helpful. I belive Jane did my scans and another lady they were beautiful thank you

Love the Staff at BLMI, the reception staff are amazing! Mackensie, Mariama, Sandra and Israa, always greet me with a friendly smile and their vibe is always kind and caring. Staff were attentive and professional. Cindy, who performed my scan, was very thorough and took her time to ensure everything was done properly. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I never felt rushed.
