Excellent service
Kelly was amazing! She was so patient, kind, and professional during my mum’s MRI with contrast this morning. My mum doesn’t speak much English, so Kelly spoke slowly and explained every step clearly. My mum also has very difficult veins, but Kelly inserted the IV successfully on the first attempt, which is very rare. Thank you, Kelly, for your excellent care. We really appreciate it!
