I had one of the worst experiences at the emergency department. I went in around 5 PM with severe pain but only got to see a doctor at 10 PM. After the consultation, the doctor asked me to wait in the waiting room while they checked with a consultant about medication. This is where the real nightmare began—I was left waiting for another 2 hours with no food or water, and by then it was already midnight. Still, there was no response or update. Absolutely disgusting hospital. What you hear in the media about Bankstown, its all true. The attitude of the staff is appalling. They demand respect but cant give it. They treat patients like crap. They sedate you if you ask for anything. They talk crap about patients, they even talk crap about other staff. Honestly feel sorry for those that choose to work in such a gross environment and to the patients who have no choice but to put up with such filth.

My brother arrived at 10:00 a.m. with severe stomach pain, which is suspected to be appendicitis. It's 7:00 p.m., and he still hasn't been admitted for surgery or performed the required tests. Since he arrived, we've had to wait more than three hours for a call. He hasn't eaten anything all day. We asked the nurses what we could do because he feels weak from not eating anything all day. I dont think this will be good to be vet for animals maybe butcher ok cause if was vet never send my animals to this hospital cause im sure will died quickly sone nurse good some nurse rude i dont think they have doctors at nite thas why make u wait from 9 am till early morning even hospital wasent buzy at Thursday nite should no one come to this butcher again
