We rushed my wife to the ER, although the receptionist were short staffed ( they need to hire more) But the treatment was actually good, Dr, Anthony and Dr. Lalani took good care of my wife, despite my wife being stressed. Dr.Lalani came and took good care of her She if very patient and professional. Dr. Anthony was able to explain to me everything and she was very calm and professional Bankstown hospital ER department is good but it needs some upgrades (more beds, bigger waiting rooms, and more staff)

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Emergency Department team at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital for the outstanding care they provided to my daughter following her injury. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and compassionate.
