My mum and I were visiting Sydney on holiday when she needed medical care, and we visited Bankstown Emergency Department. What could have been a very stressful experience while travelling was made so much easier thanks to the wonderful care and support we received. A special thank you to Dr Ruby Chan, Dr Roger, and Naveen for looking after my mum so well. I'd rather die than go back to that damn hospital. I went there after discovering rectal bleeding, waited for a full eight hours, and didn't even see a doctor. The staff were extremely rude. What a lousy place!

Worst experience. Long waiting time. My daughter brought her fiance during the evening, and waited to be examined till the morning. He can't walk so he was using the wheelchair. He had to let go as there was not enough supply he was asked to give for another patient. He was cleared to leave in the afternoon. Had to still rush to get xray out of the hospital after. Imagine 15 hours in the hospital , not even an inpatient .

The doctor Olivia in Children ward was professional and nice. I can't praise her highly enough.
