UPDATE: So after I posted several poor reviews about this company I finally received a response to my letter of complaint. The dealership offered me 2 free services as a 'gesture of goodwill' but as i explained to them there was no benefit in travelling for 5 hours (450km) when there are dealerships much closer. I made some suggestions for other ways they could compensate me for my inconveniences which did not go down well! Shame on them. Booked my new Isuzu mu-x for the first service. They just"inspect" it , didn't even bother to check the engine oil level. checked it myself after the service, IT WAS MISSING ABOUT 1.5 LITRES Shame on them very disappointing. NEVER AGAIN.
