Amazing practice management Sorted all the history I needed and contacted another hospital for further documentation I needed for my son. Very quickly
Dr Reham dismissed my medical concerns because she “didn’t think it was serious enough,” but my symptoms later worsened and I ultimately required hospital care. The experience left me feeling unsafe, unheard, and unsupported as a patient. I also felt uncomfortable with what I perceived to be a lack of professional boundaries and emotional sensitivity during the consultation. Overall, the experience significantly reduced my trust and confidence in the care provided, and I will not be returning to this medical centre.
Worst doctors never going back. My appointment was the first of the morning and he came half hour late, finally got in there, doesn’t even checked me over just looked at me and prescribed whatever, like how can you prescibe medicine without checking me over?? I literally timed the appointment, I was in there for less than 2 minutes. I was so annoyed!!
