Professional friendly staff
The Sunday Doctor was very unhelpful, he had no idea what was going on. Just wanted to finish up the appointment quickly. As a concerned parent I want to be assured why my child is unwell. I left the medical centre the same as I entered it… confused.
I has appointments today for my child. And when I book it 1 people before me. But they not take me in on time. They tell me not the choice the doctor can take anyone in and i need to spend 1h to way to go inside. If they got 0star I can do it. Never come back here.
Very unprofessional customer service. My mum had booked a Telehealth twice in a row and they seemed to have ‘lost’ the booking twice. Ridiculous, they’re supposed to be professionals who care about their patients. The receptionist’s are also VERY RUDE. Something needs to change, do not book at this medical centre, you will be disappointed.
