Although we were not able to come together on a deal. I wanted to leave a review for TJ the Salesman. He went above and beyond to help us. We are across the country and he took and sent every picture I ask for and also did a facetime video with my wife and I. He is an exceptional individual. TJ you are a rockstar and you should be training people on how to be a good salesman. Keep up the great work.
One star is too much. Was sold a “top of the line” lance travel trailer in 2021. Bought an extended warranty at recommendation of finance representative to cover “all” repairs. Less than two years later I have a leaky roof, messed up door lock, electrical problems, and unknown leak. Manager just repeats sorry that’s not covered. Stay away from these guys
