July: Called morning and Waited all day for 4pm appointment to find out receptionist didn’t book it. September: booked at 4pm and waited over hr. October: booked for 4:30pm. Called to see if they are running on time. Receptionist said call back in 20mins twice after calling back. Called at 5:55pm to cancel as our child fell asleep sick, to find out receptionist said she tried to call 3 times which is a joke as phone was right next to me the whole time with no missed calls. This doctor is the best he slaps hard with his care for his clients. Has so much respect love dr smith work keep it up
Stephen goes above a d beyond for his patients. Yes you could be waiting a long time but the attention and care is amazing. All the ladies on reception are so beautiful and caring. Thank you
