Doubt you could find a worse branch anywhere, they are extremely rude and simply refuse to help you, truly awful people. Twice I have witnessed people run out crying and I don't go very often. Very distressing.
Most of the staff are OK with one noticeable exception, who is extremely rude. The problem is the bank itself. They froze all my accounts without warning because I ignored an email months ago asking me to verify my ID. I thought it was a scam, but no follow up email, no calls, no texts, nothing, suddenly my card wouldn't work. And then you get phone support, which is worse than useless. Absolute contempt for customers. I hope the other banks are better because that's where I'm headed after this debacle.
The blond girl was nice and helped with everything I needed, good at her job!
