Most of the staff are OK with one noticeable exception, who is extremely rude. The problem is the bank itself. They froze all my accounts without warning because I ignored an email months ago asking me to verify my ID. I thought it was a scam, but no follow up email, no calls, no texts, nothing, suddenly my card wouldn't work. And then you get phone support, which is worse than useless. Absolute contempt for customers. I hope the other banks are better because that's where I'm headed after this debacle.

Rude staff standing at 'help desk' three young men standing around chatting and laughing while I wait. Then I go to the counter and am told to go to themmbefore I leave to change my address in the system. Young man says my account dosn't exist and refuses to believe I just went up to the counter to do my transaction. Won't look at my receipt just keeps asking for more ID when already has my driver's licence. Turns out HE spelt my name wrong while searching, then laughed thinking it was hilarious. not a good bank. try to get information is ongoing, dont help customers and frauds take over ones accounts without helping
