Excellent management Company. I was having severe trouble with a problem tenant and the issue was quickly resolved. A new tenant was quickly located so the income flow interruption was minimal. When there was a property problem, for example repairs they always provided top line contractors. Payments were always on time and prompt. The staff was always polite, responsive, understanding and working hard for the client. And I am sure this is also extended to the tenant. Lets just say that if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to Banks Property Management about 5 years ago when I moved to Fredricksburg. I chose their rental property because it was in stellar shape. They were very attentive to my needs, by ensuring that I did not have to wait any more than I had to for a call back and also to have any repairs taken care off.
