So far Banks gets a 0 (zero) for their customer service. No communication with me and several others that I know who ordered parts from Banks. Having a recorded message/disclaimer about being overwhelmed/swamped is one thing. Not getting back to paying customers after following the call back instructions from the message is just bad business and is a complete lack of a good customer service and appreciation. I was excited to purchase more items from Banks power but when I tried to purchase 2 small items that weigh less than 10oz most likely they want to charge $30 online for shipping fee. I called in and got a friendly guy and said he can get cost down to $15 which is still high for a small sensor and it’s re-locator but decided to just pay it. I was about to purchase then they tell me the map sensor is not in-stock and has not been for a long time and most likely they won’t be getting anymore.
