I bought the monster intake for my 2011 Dodge ram. I didn’t wanna have a problem with my heater grid. They had a 30% discount this week. Which was great. ordered boost tubes for an l5p. waited 4 business days (wednesday) before calling them to check on the order. was told "its being powder coated right now and will ship on tuesday." Received a call friday stating the parts are on a 2-3 week back order.

First of all I want to say how impressed I am with all the products I have installed on my 2022 F-350 (cold air intake, exhaust, pedal monster) they have been amazing and quite literally put a smile on my face. Secondly the customer service has been beyond amazing. Answering super fast and finding ways to do the right thing, after miss placing a bolt on my cold air I contacted them and they immediately jumped on it and sent me a replacement.
