Love Dr. Banks and her staff. I’ve been taking my children to her for over 7 years.
Dr. Banks and her staff are always friendly and we never feel rushed when we have to go in. They are always easy to get in contact with and super responsive - their texting capabilities for scheduling and routine questions make a busy mom’s life so much easier! Plus for sick visits, they have always been able to manage same day (or first thing the following morning) scheduling.
Dr Banks and her staff are knowledgeable and quick to respond. Very attentive.
Sent a message a few months ago asking if they were taking newborns. Never heard back so about a month later I called and left a message. Never heard back so I called again about 2 weeks after that and someone picked up. They immediately and very rudely said they don't take my insurance (untrue because a coworker takes their kids there) before I even clarified what insurance I have.
