Buyer Beware…….Shop where retailers accept returns. Will never shop again at vacuum supply store. Use a better retailer.
Very unhelpful and almost combative customer service.. walked in and was told "its 99% a clog and manufacturers don't pay that. you do!"... before the vacuum was even looked at or plugged in let alone turned on.. when I asked if she could atleast assist by turning it on to see what the issue is It was almost like an inconvenience to the woman. when I walk into a repair shop I except the technician to atleast attempt to fake "work on it" or vare minimum atleast look at the issue at hand before snapping at me with a price to f... read more
