Always a great experience coming here to get my Oreck vacuum serviced/repair parts (especially the replacement belts that they recommend replacing every 6mo)! Staff is friendly & happy to help. Will continue being my go-to shop!

I brought my grandmother in with her old vacuum to be repaired and received amazing customer service from John! He was so patient while we went back and forth deciding what would work best for her, and he took the time to answer every question we had. John and Joann were an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their knowledge on the products they carry really shines when discussing the multitude of options they carry. I spent not only years, but plenty of money on bigger named vacuums that always fight me when i try to clean hair from them. I needed a machine thats durable, but also easy for me to self maintain.
