I went to find a belt for my hoover wind tunnel. I brought the old one with me. The gentleman explained to me the type of belt I had does not wear out. He said he didn't have one and that mine was fine. That the belt loosens when not on. I was happy to hear that. I thanked him and was going to my car when I saw him calling me back. Always a great experience coming here to get my Oreck vacuum serviced/repair parts (especially the replacement belts that they recommend replacing every 6mo)! Staff is friendly & happy to help. Will continue being my go-to shop!

I brought my grandmother in with her old vacuum to be repaired and received amazing customer service from John! He was so patient while we went back and forth deciding what would work best for her, and he took the time to answer every question we had.
