Nice, friendly place.
Rented an apartment on Polk Street for over a year. The rent was considerably cheaper than what I paid for similar in another city. Never had any incidents living there, nice neighbors and quiet side of town. 5/5 rating
Do not waist your time! My fiancé and I have good jobs and they told us we can only have a place if we had our job for a year. Which it has been a year. We are also moving out of state and have good jobs lined up. Thank goodness we looked at other places besides Defrange. Receptionist is very-unprofessional.
