We had a great visit. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Banks was professional and knowledgeable.
I ordered an item from their store 8 months ago. Initially it was on back order for a few months, so I called every once in a while to get an order update. Eventually in December I called to cancel. They had no problems cancelling my order, but seem to be having issues giving me the refund. I've tried calling them daily and they don't answer their phone. When they do, they say you need to talk to someone else and they would call back, but that's never happened. I'm still out my $70+ and the order was cancelled 3 months ago!
