I will never let anyone else rip hair out of my body except for Haley. She’s helped minimize my ingrowns, even out my skin tone, and she’s fast and efficient! She’s very informative and kind. I also get my lashes lifted by her and they come out phenomenal every single time. She does great lash extensions too! The retention is amazing, she’s very detailed in the way to care for them and she values the health of your lashes.

Haley is AMAZING! I went to the Beauty Factory and met Haley. No appointment. Was able to get filled in. I love my lashes so much! As someone who has anxiety with lashes, she made sure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times throughout the entire process. Her energy is amazing she's sweet and very personable. I will definitely come to Haley again and again.

Proceed with caution.Very disappointing experience. Concerns were not addressed, communication ceased, and no fair resolution was offered. Policies referenced afterward were never provided in advance. I would not return.

Great Nail service with Clawed By Mo. Excellent attention to detail on nails and specialist on feet restoration and very attentive to detail. She doesn't rush through her service and makes sure you are well taken care of. The Estetician is also great, I've personally had my lashes tinted and lifted by her and love her professionalism. The cleanliness over all of this location is Top-notch and very welcoming.
