I went to the pickup location in Manassas to get a light for a 2008 E150 van. The guy tried to charge me $50 plus $5 in tax; I told him that on Amazon, eBay, and everywhere else, a brand-new one costs only $40—and he got angry. The next day I went back, and the woman wouldn't let me in; she told me to go buy it somewhere else. Ask for the prices before you go inside.

Terrible place. Workers are rude and arrogant. To make it worst, they severely overcharge for parts. I went in for a simple buckle assembly for a 2012 Sienna. They told me 75$! There was no electronic parts or harness attached just the buckle. Same parts are 25$ everywhere else for new condition, not even used. I came because they never answer the phone and wanted to try this experience for the first time. This is a great place to find affordable vehicle parts. I recommend calling ahead to confirm they have your specific vehicle on the lot. The staff is very friendly and the pricing is reasonable. The Spanish gentleman working the counter is especially nice and helpful. However, the vehicles are sometimes parked very close together, which can make certain parts difficult to access if lifting is required.
